The restaurant closed permanently due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.
How to go to 77 House
77 House is a great location, situated on the main street and at the corner of the road leading down to the lake. The post office is right across the road. All around, a very nice and casual place with a night market, shopping, and street food in the high season.
This is a charming place with excellent food and is connected to a beautiful handicrafts shop called “Mannerplaw,” which features authentic crafts from Burma and the Hill tribe areas of Thailand.
The staff are welcoming and helpful. The big menu American breakfast came with two eggs, bacon, salad, good toast and jam, juice, and freshly brewed coffee. You can also have lunch and dinner at 77 House.
The food is delicious and reasonably priced, considering the quality of the food and the beautiful decor of the restaurant. There is also a good selection of wine and beer.
Currently, there is no live music in the evening, and perhaps there will be soon. (I hope so.)
Location
It is located on the main road, opposite the La Tasca Restaurant and the Baiyoke Chalet Hotel. If you drive a car over here, you can park on the main road, but please note that it is available on the odd day or even day. See more on Facebook at 77 House.
