A nice little pool
Piya Guesthouse is great location and facility one is a nice little swimming pool in the garden. The chalets set around the edge of the garden are well laid out and all come with small terraces views of the garden which is well maintained throughout.
Piya Guesthouse running by family-owned operated and prides itself more than 30th years. Located right by the edge of picturesque Jong Kham Lake and opposite the temple with the rooms comfortable and cosy chalets set.
There’s an excellent cafe area out front with spacious what are probably the best views of any in-town accommodation. Just 14 rooms (Twin / Double) are on offer and they’re all similar. There is a choice of twin or double bed formats. Interiors are simple and clean with air-con, TV and WiFi access.
Staff are friendly and helpful and didn’t try and sell us anything i.e. tours, trekking or rafting other than their rooms.

They claim to not apply any seasonal supplements, with rooms priced at a flat 700 baht per room all year. The rate doesn’t include breakfast. Free tea and good coffee are offered to all guests and their cafe is a fantastic spot to sit.
Piya Guesthouse then offers a very convenient location with simple but excellent value rooms. So, book early to avoid disappointment.
