Nestled on a hillside on the outer edge of Mae Hong Son township, Sang Tong Huts is the place to relax and enjoy the natural surroundings and the unique charm of this well-established guesthouse.
The serenity of the beautiful garden, the teak and bamboo forest, and the huts in the eco-friendly surroundings make for a unique and relaxing stay.
Sang Tong Huts is approximately 1 km north-east of downtown Mae Hong Son.

Room Style
Set in the expansive forested garden, the individual huts are built with teak, bamboo, and local leaf roofing. All the huts are individually designed and decorated and are spaced out from each other for privacy.
Each hut is well appointed with a private balcony, pedestal fans, a private bathroom, a hot shower, free WiFi, free tea and coffee in the huts, and access to the swimming pool.
It’s a popular spot for travellers, so book ahead.

Charlie’s Hut
Charlie’s Hut is so cozy, built with a teak structure and bamboo. I like the two chaise lounges on the sheltered balcony. Double folding doors open onto the balcony.
There are two stylish armchairs, a coffee table inside, and a teak wood king-sized bed with a mosquito net.
It includes a bar fridge, a small desk, shelving, hanging space for storage of your items, and a bathroom on the same level.

Hacienda
Designed in the local Shan style for a family of four, Hacienda has two bedrooms upstairs, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, all with mosquito nets and fans.
There is a long balcony with Thai cushions and a view of the pool. On the ground floor is the lounge room, with a refrigerator, desk, and fan.
The bathroom, also on the ground level, is maybe the biggest in Thailand. The shelving is provided for the storage of your items.

Nightshift
A large panoramic window, a teak structure, bamboo walls, a cement foundation, and a traditional leaf roof.
This is the only room with two single beds, mosquito nets, a small desk, a comfortable and cool balcony looking toward the trees, and a uniquely styled bathroom.

Pentagon
A special hut was built with a teak structure, bamboo walls, and a beautifully styled, traditional leaf roof. Pentagon is spacious and luxurious, with a lounge area and a sofa that takes in the forest view across the balcony.
There is a double bed with a mosquito net, a bar fridge, a small desk, beautiful bench space, shelving for storage of your items, and a bathroom downstairs.

A comfy and happy
For the comfort of guests, familiar western-style bedding with mosquito nets, toilets, and well-appointed bathrooms are all provided.
The calming atmosphere will suit all travelers, from families to couples or solo adventurers. They also have a picturesque swimming pool for the enjoyment of all.
The wonderful local staff is loyal, welcoming, and friendly. Currently, Ying keeps the huts in a very welcoming condition and makes delicious breakfasts.
Location
